Choosing for a cat. A typical adult cat measures around 33–43 cm at the chest, which puts most cats in S, and larger or long-bodied cats in M.
Choose by chest girth. Knit has some give, so a snug fit is usually right — but if your pet falls between two sizes, take the larger one. Message us with your measurements before ordering if you are unsure and we will help you decide.
How to measure
- Chest girth — around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. This decides the size.
- Back length — from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, with your pet standing naturally.
- Keep the tape comfortably close without pulling tight — a two-finger allowance is a good guide.
