1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paws of Prestige website and any purchase made through it (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout for your selected destination and may vary by destination. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is completed. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the price charged for that order will not change.
7. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an issue with payment.
8. Payment
Payment must be made in full through an accepted payment method shown at checkout at the time of purchase. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
9. Availability
Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product will remain available at the time of your order, and availability may change without notice.
10. Cancellation
We may cancel an order in the circumstances described in Section 7. Where we cancel a confirmed order, any payment already taken for that order will be refunded.

Shipping is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to your purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses or costs arising directly from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services. This does not apply where the loss or cost arises from our own error or omission.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Paws of Prestige regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the relevant transaction and the parties involved, including any mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
